If your Outlook Add-in displays this error, it's typically because you either don't have a reading pane turned on in Outlook, or that you are running an old build of Microsoft365 and and need to update it.



Please do the following:


  • Change your Outlook view settings to enable the Reading Pane
  • If this does not resolve the issue, ensure that you are running the latest version of Outlook
