The search does not yet include the contents of attachments

Whilst CloudFiler's search allows you to search for the filename of an attachment, it does not currently search into attachments. 

You can only file one message at a time

Microsoft currently limits Add-ins so that they can only act on one message at a time. If you are the kind person who doesn't like to file your messages straight away or simply couldn't with other products, this may appear limiting upon first inspection but consider the following:

    • By default, CloudFiler marks messages in your inbox as filed allowing you to keep them to hand.
    • Because you can file via all devices with CloudFiler, you no longer need to wait until you are at your computer to then file in bulk.

 

If you have a large quantity of historical messages that you need to file in bulk, please contact us as we should be able to help.

CloudFiler is not currently able to work with shared email addresses/distribution lists

Whilst CloudFiler can recognise shared addresses such as sales@business.com, these are not regular user accounts and thus don't have user permissions which are required to file emails. So whilst some actions may work or appear to work with these types of accounts, they are not fully supported.
