What happens when all the licenses are in use?
If your business has for example 1,000 licenses and due to staff leaving and joining, you temporarily need more licenses, let's say 1,100. CloudFiler will allow you to have an unlimited temporary increase for 30 days.
Your administrator/s and payment contact will be automatically alerted so that they can take action if needed, but the software will continue to work for all of your staff.
You can then buy additional licenses or, if you know it will settle back to 1,000 or less, just ignore the alerts.
After 30 days the licensing system will restrict you to the number of licenses that you own. If all licenses are in use you will see the following message:
