The Default Settings tab is where you can define the settings that will be assigned to new users. You may wish to allow users to subsequently change these or you may prefer to prevent users from changing one or more settings.

Configure the defaults and then click the padlock icons to lock those that users should not be able to change.

Syncing EML or MSG format files

In you are licensing either the Professional or Enterprise tiers, you will be able to sync filed emails to your chosen storage. By default, CloudFiler will write EML files but you can change it to MSG if you prefer.

NOTE: EML files are more portable, as all commercial email systems support this well-documented format. EML also tends to be more compact than MSG which is a Microsoft specific format.
