To remove CloudFiler from Microsoft Exchange Online:


WARNING: It can take up to 24 hours or more for Microsoft's servers to register any change. This applies to both enabling and removing the Add-in.


  1. Open the Microsoft 365 admin center (The link opens in a new window)
  2. In the menu on the left, click on “Show All” to expand the  menu then expand “Settings” and click on “Integrated apps”.

  1. Click on the CloudFiler Add-in

  1. Then in the pop-up window select 'Remove app'

  1. Check the box and then select 'Remove'

  1. Once successfully removed select 'Done'


Please note that because Microsoft's systems can take up to 6 hours to fully action the request,  the Add-in will continue to appear in Outlook for a while.
