Removing CloudFiler from Exchange Online
To remove CloudFiler from Microsoft Exchange Online:
WARNING: It can take up to 24 hours or more for Microsoft's servers to register any change. This applies to both enabling and removing the Add-in.
- Open the Microsoft 365 admin center (The link opens in a new window)
- In the menu on the left, click on “Show All” to expand the menu then expand “Settings” and click on “Integrated apps”.
- Click on the CloudFiler Add-in
- Then in the pop-up window select 'Remove app'
- Check the box and then select 'Remove'
- Once successfully removed select 'Done'
Please note that because Microsoft's systems can take up to 6 hours to fully action the request, the Add-in will continue to appear in Outlook for a while.
