If you don’t have Mail Manager, Excitech Mail or Pentagon Mail Assistant any more
Users of these systems may not be able to easily locate the required files. To help with this, the Hub looks to see what it can find and will then report that back via the Location Manager. So if you need this:
- Install the Hub on your colleagues’ machines too and get them to sign in
- Note you can deploy it so that it immediately presents the sign-in or so that it remains dormant, see the documentation here: Installing the Hub 'DORMANT'
- Leave it running for 15 mins
- Right-click on your Hub in the tray and select Location Manager
- Pick Load locations… then Discovered locations
- This will load all of the locations discovered by all of the Hubs running on your colleague’s machines
- You can then export the list to XLSX via the Export to XLSX button, clean up the data in Excel and then use it to import the locations via the Bulk Importer
