If you have organised your emails into sub-folders of your inbox and there’s not a huge number of either folders or emails, you can simply file them directly from the Outlook Add-in, however please note that Microsoft limits Add-ins so that they can only process a maximum of 100 emails at a time, so you may have to do them in batches.

An alternative that is not reliable but does work for some people, is our Folder Exporter which is on the Installers web page.

This tool connects to Classic Outlook (not New Outlook) and if you don’t have lots of deeply nested folders it can display them and then export them to a file system. You can then use the Bulk Uploader or Bulk Importer to import them.

Sadly you may find that it doesn’t work, this is due to the way that Exchange limits the operation of tools like this one.
