If you don't have emails in Public Folders, skip to the next step.

To be able to import these emails you will first need to export them to a file system folder, after which you can use either of our importers to get them into CloudFiler. CloudFiler includes a Public Folder exporter which is provided to you via the Hub.

Paste the following path into the address bar in Windows File Explorer and then hit <Return>:

%localappdata\CloudFiler\CloudFiler Hub\Apps\CloudFiler.PublicFolderExport

This will take you to where it is installed.

Double-click the file CloudFiler.PublicFolderExport.exe

It will open a Command window like this

Type help and hit <Return>.

You will see from the Help that you can use DOS style commands to display the folder you are in ( e.g. DIR) and change directory with CD. You can then export the contents to a local or network folder.

TIP: If you need to use the older Bulk Uploader to import the resulting emails, be sure to use to --msg flag as The Bulk Uploader can only import MSG files whereas the Bulk Importer works with both EML and MSG files.
