If you plan to file to Egnyte, please note that by default it does not allow you to upload EML or MSG files. This is detailed in their documentation - look for Excluded from upload. So be sure to get your Egnyte administrator to allow these file types to be uploaded.


If you install our Sync Connector on a server, make sure it has the Egnyte desktop App running too, otherwise it won't be able to upload the emails.
