The CloudFiler Helper is a small background App for Windows desktop PC's that makes opening emails via the search tool more fluid.

With the App installed, when you open an email via the search the Helper will:

1. Automatically open it in Outlook desktop for you
2. Copy the email to your clipboard so that you can paste it into a new email

 If you don't have the App installed, the email is downloaded but not opened.

Installation

When the Licenses/Tokens/Apps section of the portal becomes available, you will be able to download the MSI installer from there.

Until then, we provide access to the installers via a shared folder (check your emails).

NOTE: Microsoft's 'New Outlook' can't open MSG or EML files so the Helper won't be able to open them for you. See Helper won't open emails in New Outlook for details.
