There are two activities for the IT person to complete. 


The first is to Give CloudFiler permission to connect to Exchange Online


That will result in you emailing us with some details so that we can build your tenant. We will then email you back with a file to upload, by following the guidance on how to Present CloudFiler's Manifest file to Exchange Online


Once that has happened, a competent user can then test the system, and import their old emails, but first they have to Wait for the Add-in to appear in Outlook
