To merge two locations, all you need to do is name one the same as the other.

Example: You have noticed that you now have two locations for Windsor Court:

P2026-02 Windsor Court

and

P2026-02 - Windsor Court

Both contain emails so you want to merge them into one.

All you need to do is change the name of one to match the name of the other. You can do this via the portal - see Editing Locations.

It may take a minute or two for CloudFiler to transfer all the data depending on the number of emails that need moving, but when you subsequently file and search you will have just one location with everything in it.

TIP: Whilst CloudFiler will merge the emails in its systems, it can’t move files on your storage, so be sure to merge those ones too if you have set up CloudFiler to sync copies to your own storage.
